Do you contract with insurance companies?
Yes, we are in-network with the following insurance companies: Blue cross blue shield PPO, Aetna.
If you have insurance through a different plan, I am happy to provide superbills so you can seek potential reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.
I also accept private pay, should you prefer not to use insurance.
Payment
Roots to Branches Counseling Services accepts payment through major credit cards, HSA, FSA, and check.
Roots to Branches Counseling Services is also paneled with various insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.
What does the therapeutic process look like?
The therapeutic process focusses on both parent needs and child needs. The first session is a parent-only consultation session. During this time, I will gather information regarding behavioral concerns, emotional concerns, developmental progress, and goals for treatment. Each session thereafter, I will meet with your child for either a full 50 minute session (and schedule separate parent sessions) or meet with your child for 40 minutes and offer parent consultation for the remaining 10 minutes of each session.
